The farmstead is located in the Kurtuvėnai Regional Park. There is a residential house (4 rooms, including 2 with a fireplace, shower and WC), separate kitchen, living room with a fireplace, television, radio, party hall with a fireplace (up to 50 seats), arbour, sauna, 2 ponds, outdoor fireplace, children playgrounds, swing.

We offer entertainment for both, the adults and the children. You may have a ride on carts or bicycles on the surrounding roads, ride horses, play basketball, to savour the sauna or have a swim in the pond. Moreover, you may pick up berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forests. With us you will find everything you need: calm, peace and recuperation for your soul and body.

A modern countryside tourism farmstead adjoins the Dubysa River. It is located in a very beautiful, picturesque place from where you may admire the whole area of Padubysis. Several small houses are built on the hill which gives even larger sensation of the space. During the warm season, an outdoors terrace of an impressive size is arranged on the roof of the main building. All the territory is lighted up, all paths and a car parking place are tiled.

The recreation complex comprises the main building and three separate small houses adapted for the family recreation. In the main building there is a conference and party hall with all the necessary equipment, five rooms adapted for recreation with mini kitchens, separate WC’s and showers. In the basement there is a Turkish sauna, swimming pool with massage streams and a billiard table. Every room has a separate terrase with outdoor furniture.

Every small house has a kitchen, recreation zone, WC and shower cabins. All houses have a large outdoor terrace with a view to the river. The houses are built in such a way that the visitors have as much privacy as possible.

The farmstead is located in the territory of a former estate, i.e. in a grange at the lake of Kibirkštukas famous for its legends. The farmstead can be found when driving on road “Riga – Kaliningrad” and then turning right within section “Šiauliai – Kelmė” between 81 – 82 km and then driving around 100 m (you will see an informative stand).

We welcome groups of people, families and groups of students. Our guests will have an opportunity not only to admire wonderful nature, fallow-deers, and amazing dance of leggy ostriches but also to organize various festivals, meetings, seminars and conferences. For all these occasions we have a hall with a bar, living room, and relaxation room with a fireplace. We can also organize your festival outdoors, on the shore of the lake of Kibirkštukas as well as invite a music band or folk group at your request.

Those who are interested in our country’s history we may organize an educational trip in the surrounding area as well as tell about the old estate area in which currently African ostriches are grown.

Those who wish to stay longer we offer rooms with 2 or 4 beds, swimming pool, sauna, jacussi and playgrounds. Those looking for a romance may stay on a camping site or a small house on wheels.

Relaxation on the beach, swimming in the lake, boats, water bicycle, fishing and sports.

Visistors are welcome to come here the whole year. It is an ideal place to organise seminars and employees’ trainings with modern equipment. We offer a party hall with a fireplace with approximately 60 seats as well as rooms for sweet and peaceful resting. Moreover, we offer a countryside sauna and a spacious dancing hall.

The farmstead may be found on road “Kelmė – Tytuvėnai”, before the sign “Bulavėnai” (in a distance of 5 km from the main road).

The farmstead is located in a unique natural place; the surrounding forests and fields guarantee natural comfort, air freshness and peace of the soul. Currently the farmstead is being developed and the anticipated start of its activity is year 2009. We will be able to offer a unique sauna arranged on a boat in the middle of the pond and in late evenings you will feel warm in our cosy arbour with an unusual fireplace. We have an excellent hall for parties and receptions. Our farmstead always guarantees you a perfect mood.

A house of 50 square meters made of turned logs with all facilities. Our guests will have a chance to fish, pick up berries and mushrooms. We also rent a hall with 30 seats for different festivals. You are kindly welcome to visit us!

The farmstead with an unusual name intringues many visitors. We welcome all those who enjoy peace and wonderful nature. A party hall decorated with elements of ethnic cultre. Cosiness of the farmstead is thanks to its style, hospitable owners and area surrounded by beautiful trees.

The farmstead for rent. When driving from Šiauliai by an old road towards Kelmė you will find a place of heaven which within a radius of several kilometres is surrounded by lakes of Bijotė, Pagėluvis and Dūkštas, other water reservoirs and forests. An approach road is very good, just 1 km from the old road of Kelmė. A modern and spacious party hall of 100 m², fireplace, music, concert illumination effects, good sound acoustics. On a hot summer day we offer ventilators, there are illuminators, outdoor terrase next to the hall, a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment. Bedrooms are arranged in a separate building. A courtyard of 0,7 ha with flowers and parterres, outdoor fireplaces, sauna, pond in which it is nice to refresh after sauna.
